When is my payment due?
Common Charges are due on the first of each month and must be received by month-end. To ensure timely processing, please initiate your payment by the 15th of the month.

Do not contact the accountants as a charge will incur.
How much is the late fee and is it applied?
The late fee is $50 per month. If the payment arrives later than the end of the month, the late fee is applied.
How are the common charges determined?
The amount of your common charge is specific to the size (number of square feet of your home) e.g not all 2 bedrooms units have the same sq ft - it can vary from building to building, inner or outer units or even within a building.
Auto Overdue Reminders
QuickBooks sends overdue reminders at 15 and 30 days past the due date. If you are 30+ days you will receive a statement including current charge, past due amount, and ate fees.
Paper checks are deposited on Wednesdays, please insure you are using the new address listed above to reduce processing time.
NOTE: The receive date is used to determine late fees NOT the deposit date
