Questions or Concerns

We respectfully request that all Homeowner requests and concerns be addressed through official channels. These channels include emails to the Board or calls to our 800 number. This method guarantees that your correspondence will be properly documented and processed. Any requests or inquiries that are directed to a board member, property manager, or contractor via text, phone or email will not be addressed until they are submitted through the official channels. Do not:

  • Approach any on-site contractor directly as it interrupts his work

  • Contact RBT Accounts as they charge us for their time - direct your questions to hhphase2board@gmail.com
